There's so many festive treats
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas - and taste a lot like it too. We may still be in mid November, but we’re fully on board for all the festive food and drink offerings. And now McDonald’s is the latest chain to share their Christmas menu for 2023 and we can safely say we’re here for every festive treat.
First up it’s the savoury options and this year’s McDonald’s festive menu features a brand new burger, the Big & Cheesy. It’s a 100% beef patty combined with two slices of cheese, red onions, crispy onions, and cheese sauce, all served in a freshly toasted snowflake flour dusted bun. Cheese sauce and two slices of cheese? Christmas really has come early.
And the good news doesn’t end there, as for all the bacon lovers you can get the Big & Cheesy with bacon too, in the shape of the Big & Cheesy with Bacon.
For fans of the Chicken Big Mac we have some excellent news, it’s officially back on the menu for 2023. In case you haven’t tried it before, it’s a triple layered bun with two chicken patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles and of course the Big Mac sauce.
This year is also seeing the return of the legendary Cheese Melt Dippers, which are made with camembert and come with a tangy tomato dip.
If you go to McDonald’s for the chicken then you’ll be pleased to know McDonald’s has created the McDonald’s Christmas Sharebox which includes 20 McNuggets and 10 Chicken Selects, which comes complete with four Select dips and four standard dips.
Now moving onto the sweet stuff, this year’s festive menu includes two McFlurry flavours. There’s the Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry which features the classic McFlurry mix combined with Galaxy Chocolate Stars and topped with a Galaxy Chocolate sauce. Or you can get the same Galaxy Chocolate Stars but opt for a Galaxy Caramel sauce with the Galaxy Caramel McFlurry.
And last, but by no means least, this year’s menu includes a Galaxy Caramel Pie which is a crispy chocolate pastry filled with a delicious Galaxy Caramel sauce.
The festive menu launches on 22nd November at 11am in all McDonald’s restaurants and will be around for six weeks.

Every day in November all you need to do is head to the McDonald’s app where you can unlock the latest offering which are deals on your favourite menu items, often for just 99p.
