Ingredients

  • 1 pound White American Cheese cut in cubes
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water optional for thinner dip, if desired
  • One 4-ounce can Green Chiles
  • 2 Pickled Jalapeños chopped
  • 1 ounce Juice from the Pickled Jalapeño
  • Pinch Cumin

Instructions

  • Using a microwaveable bowl, combine cheese cubes and milk, plus water, if using.

  • Place bowl in microwave. Microwave on high for about 5 minutes, stirring mixture after every minute.

  • Remove bowl from microwave and add remaining ingredients. Mix well to combine.

  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
