So Easy and So Delicious

We love all the spice kits so much - I am even giving them as gifts this holiday season. Perfect for a quick dinner at home and we pack them when we travel since we always cook on the road. Has never failed to satisfy our craving for great tasting Indian food.

Excellent side or (vegetarian) meal

My husband and I so enjoy aloo gobi! Inspired Indian's whole spices add a wonderful depth of flavor I wouldn't otherwise attain. Roasting the vegetables allowed me to control texture - I pulled the cauliflower out a bit early as I prefer it a bit undercooked. Highly recommend this and, frankly, all of their spice kits. This one happens to be a favorite.

Delicious!!

These spice mixes are brilliant and delicious! We make them frequently and they have all been wonderful, without exception. It’s amazing to have a fairly easy way to make delicious Indian food at home. I’ve given them as gifts to so many people and they all love them. Highly recommend!
