Situated on more than 650 beautiful acres, surrounded by thousands of acres of protected wilderness and overlooking the pristine Thirteenth Lake, Garnet Hill is the perfect setting for a wedding in any season.

Traditional Adirondack Wedding Package

Weddings booked during peak wedding season from June through October. During these months, we can accommodate up to 120 guests for a wedding that features an outdoor ceremony overlooking the mountains, a dinner reception in the Log House or dinner and dancing under the stars in our outdoor pavilion just steps away from our main Lodge.

This package includes the following:

• Minimum of 40 guests with a max of 120 guests.
• The entire Lodge is yours for the weekend – so you and your guests can enjoy access to our entire property and all of our amenities.
• Couples are guaranteed all 25 guest rooms for a minimum of two nights.
• Full-service on-site wedding coordinator to ensure your weekend is everything you’ve dreamed of and more.
• Access to our new 60 x 20 feet outdoor wedding pavilion, with a screen that can be easily raised or lowered.
• Facility fee includes all tables, chairs, event spaces, tableware & setup.
• Complimentary menu tasting prior to your event.
• Access to miles and miles of hiking, biking and running trails, with the option for organized group hikes or bikes led by one of our highly trained staff.
• Access to canoeing, kayaking and swimming on Thirteenth Lake, a short driving distance from our main Lodge.
• Complimentary breakfast buffet on the day following your wedding, complimentary for all overnight guests.

Micro Wedding & Elopement Packages

At Garnet Hill Lodge, a micro wedding is an intimate affair with no more than 40 guests. Micro weddings still feature time-honored traditions that make a wedding so special, but on a smaller scale.

An elopement at Garnet Hill is a private ceremony and celebration with 10 guests or less. It is a romantic, private and truly intimate celebration of love.

These packages include:

• Special per person pricing for either buffet or plated dinners in non-peak season. Our Chef can work with you to tailor or customize a menu to suit your taste and budget.
• Reduced facility fees, which include all tables, chairs, event spaces, tableware & setup.
• Champagne toast included complimentary for all guests during non-peak season.
• Complimentary menu tasting prior to your event.
• Number of rooms required for booking reduced.
• 2-night requirement when booking during peak season & 1-night requirement when booking during non-peak season.

When are these packages available?

Our micro wedding & destination elopement packages are available during non-peak season, which includes November (with the exception of Thanksgiving through the following weekend), first two weeks of December, all of March, April & May.

Adirondack Winter Wedding Package

A winter wedding at Garnet Hill takes place during prime ski season January through March. Our 650 acre campus turns into a magic winter wonderland, and you and your guests can celebrate with an indoor wedding of up to 70 guests in our main Log House.

The ceremony, dinner and dancing will all take place with the backdrop of our gorgeous garnet stone fireplace and wood beams that define the charming Adirondack architecture of our building. This rustic, yet elegant atmosphere is made all the more spectacular by the panoramic views through the windows of our dining room.

This package includes the following:

• Minimum of 40 guests with a max of 70 guests.
• The entire Lodge is yours for the weekend – so you and your guests can enjoy access to our entire property and all of our amenities.
• Couples are guaranteed all 25 guest rooms for a minimum of two nights.
• Full-service on-site wedding coordinator to ensure your weekend is everything you’ve dreamed of and more.
• Facility fee includes all tables, chairs, event spaces, tableware & setup.
• Complimentary menu tasting prior to your event.
• Access to our award-winning Nordic Ski Center and miles and miles of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails for you and all your guests.
• Complimentary breakfast buffet on the day following your wedding, complimentary for all overnight guests.
