Mmm, cilantro-lime dressing sounds so refreshing. Hispanic style summer salads, absolutely. The east coast’s “Mexican food” is appalling from what I’ve experienced. In fact, most of the food on the east coast is sub-par from what I’ve experienced. For this reason alone, I’ve been forced to quickly ramp up my own cooking skills in an attempt to mitigate what was lost when I left California’s Bay Area. If there’s one thing I’ll always miss about San Francisco, it’s the cuisine. But thanks to websites like this one, Damn Delicious, and you, Chungah, I just might be able to concoct a little bit of my beloved west coast cuisine right here in my east coast home. Cheers!

P.S. That cheesy enchilada rice skillet is literally making my mouth water.
